Am I allowed to own things??
Apr. 19th, 2024 06:58 am Yeah, no this is a common occurrence with my mom. She just took my drawing tablet (that I haven't gotten to use in almost a month, mind you!) for no apparent reason and without telling me 🤷 When I confronted her about it, she said she took it and STILL didn't give me a reason why.
For some additional context on why this pisses me tf off, she and I have a deal where I need to get 85+% on all my summer finals before I get to use my brand new drawing tablet she bought off a friend of hers. If I don't, she's reselling it 🙃 So I've been working my ass off, studying like my life depends on it, AND SHE STILL TAKES MY SHIT! Like, what am I supposed to think?? If I don't work hard, she takes my stuff, I do work hard, and it's still taken away from me. Like?? I swear I'm gonna develop trust issues at this rate.
So right now, she's not holding one, but TWO whole drawing tablets over my head 😃 I cannot fucking deal with the audacity of this woman 💀 Praying that I can actually afford to move out sooner rather than later 🙏
